The Town of Shamrock Lakes has partnered with PayGov.us to provide residents a means of paying their sewage bill electronically.

Notice: A small fee is added by PayGov to the total amount to cover card processing charges.

You should have the following information ready in order to pay your bill:

• Your most recent bill
• Your account balance
• Your account number
• Your Shamrock Lakes address for the bill (i.e., service location)

Notice: We recommend making your online payment no later than the 5th of each month. There is a slight delay between time of payment and the date payments are deposited into Accounts Receiving. Payments must be in Accounts Receiving by the 10th day of the month.

Question: Can I pay more than one month’s bill at a time? Can I pay an entire year in advance?
Answer: Yes, residents can pay for as many months at a time as they want.

Question: What if my bill is postmarked on the 10th; will it be considered late?
Answer: Yes, payment must be already in the Town P.O. Box by noon on the 10th, so if it is not postmarked until the 10th, it will be considered late.

Question: If I pay my bill online on the 10th, will it be considered late?
Answer: Yes, because there is at least a one day delay between payment and deposit of payment, this payment would be considered “late.”
