Starting October 19, 2023, Board meetings will move to the Third Thursday of each month. Additionally, the time of the meetings will change to 6:00pm. The Board will continue to meet at the Beach House.
The Board hopes that this change will help more community members be more involved in town business that is publicly discussed during board meetings each month.
New Town Clerk Still Urgently Needed
The current Clerk-Treasurer position on the Board will become vacant at the end of December 2023. If no replacement is appointed before then, the Town will be forced to turn over financial oversight to Blackford County. This would severely limit what financial decisions the Town is able to make. We strongly urge you, if you are at all interested in stepping into this position, to please contact Liza Evans immediately. Your town desperately needs you!
